Max-Pressure Controller for Networks of Signalized Intersection and simulation study

چکیده
Abstract Urban intersections are faced with complex congestion problems and centralized control system has many drawbacks. To solve this problem, a relatively simple local method - the maximum pressure (MP) strategy is studied. Meanwhile, simulation of proposed MP conducted. After analyzing results, it found that can realize adaptive change phase duration. The makes number throughput vehicles at high level stabilize queue length within certain range, ensuring stability operation intersection. effect better than fixed-time control.
